About the project

Over 20 years, the estate is being completely redeveloped to provide more than 5,500 new homes, community facilities and better public spaces. Our team is advising on the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing pertaining to the Environmental Statements.

Led by a partnership of Hackney Council, Berkeley Homes, Notting Hill Genesis, Woodberry Down Community Organisation and the Manor House Development Trust, the estate at Woodberry Down in East London is undergoing a 20-year phased regeneration.

Set to provide over 5,500 new homes, along with community facilities and enhanced public spaces.
