ABOUT US
Delva Patman Redler LLP was originally established as Delva Patman Associates in 1980 becoming a Limited Liability Partnership under the new name in 2012.
Based in Central London, Liverpool and Bristol, the practice advises on projects and sites throughout the country. The practice undertakes a range of building surveying services and is a recognised national specialist firm for advice relating to neighbour law, particularly rights of light, daylight and sunlight, party walls and boundary disputes. Advice is given to both developers and neighbouring owners on a full range of projects from large town centre developments and city centre tower schemes to individual domestic properties.
We also provide specialist occupier services for business clients throughout the country, making office moves successful and cost effective.
