About the project

A partially retained facade wraps around the new office and cafe space leading out to a small pocket park, with a tenure-blind mix of residential units above.

Located in Deptford, South-East London, this ambitious mixed-use scheme integrates Scott House – a three-floor light industrial building from the Edwardian era – with a newly added 27-storey tower above.

Containing a mix of 137 residential units, as well as office and café space, the tower retains part of the original façade and leads onto a pocket park.

DPR was appointed by Buxton Group to work on this project due to our well-established expertise in light advisory, including rights of light, daylight, sunlight and shadowing aspects.

The development completed in 2023.
