Delivered by TfL with joint venture partner Helical, this unique 19-storey commercial development is alternatively known as Paddington Over-Station.

Its design responds to the triangular shape of the site perimeter, aligning with both the railway tracks and Grand Union Canal. Containing 15 floors of open plan office accommodation, connected by a series of shared cores that hold amenities, building management and circulation routes.

DPR’s expert teams are providing the full scope of light advisory, including daylight and sunlight and shadowing.
