About the project

DPR have been providing light advisory consultancy on a 420,000 sq ft commercial refurbishment and vertical extension scheme designed by AHMM architects.

The existing IMB Building, originally designed by Sir Denys Lasdun in 1983, underwent a 420,000 sq ft commercial renovation and vertical extension.

Developed by Stanhope and designed by AHMM, 80% of the building structure was retained with the extension providing an additional 118,400 sq ft of floorspace to the building, housing office and retail space with the highest sustainability standards.

Our experienced teams provided comprehensive light advisory consultancy supporting strong outcomes for the client.

Project completion is expected in 2024.
