Approved by the City of London Corporation Planning Applications Sub-Committee, Landsec’s attractive new commercial office development in the City of London brings over 613,540 sq ft of best-in-class, Grade A office accommodation for approximately 3,000 employees.

The development also provides a variety of public benefits, including upgrades to Shoe Lane Library and a new restaurant on the top floor. With its unique design featuring cascading stepped green landscaped terraces, Hill House contributes to the continued resurgence of the Fleet Street area.

DPR was appointed to provide daylight and sunlight services, along with solar glare analysis, with the responsibility of minimising the impacts on neighbouring residential properties while maintaining the required density levels for the development. This work culminated in the preparation of a comprehensive and well-considered reports, which not only supported the planning application but also played a critical role in securing planning permission for the project.
