Open to students in Autumn 2022, the site has historical roots dating back to the 16th century, when it was home to a former Shakespearean-era playhouse.
The scheme also includes four storeys of commercial office space and a public area for exhibitions and performances.
The site was formerly a 16th Century Shakespearean playhouse, requiring close collaboration with the Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) throughout the project to preserve historically significant archaeological elements.
DPR was appointed by repeat client Unite Students to act on a variety of light advisory matters, including rights of light, daylight, sunlight and shadowing.
The development completed in 2022.
