About the project

Cairn Homes achieved planning permission for a major, €345 million mixed-use development on land in Montrose formerly occupied by Ireland’s national broadcaster RTÉ.

Former RTE Site | Projects | DPR

The scheme will bring 688 apartments in total across ten blocks, comprising 416 Build-to-Rent and 272 Build-to-Sell apartments, a 192-bedroom hotel, 17 age-friendly living units and a creche facility, along with communal amenities.
