About the project

This is part of a winder wider Cherrywood SDZ which aims to be the most connected village in Ireland. Our team has provided daylight, sunlight and overshadowing services to Quintain in support of this transformative project.

Quintain’s masterplan for Cherrywood Village in Dublin delivers 1,300 new homes, ranging from apartments and duplexes to family houses.

Part of the wider Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone, it seeks to be Ireland’s best connected new village due to its strong transport links.

This exceptional development will also provide extensive retail and community amenities in the village centre, schools, and 27 acres of green space.

Our team has been entrusted by the client to provide daylight, sunlight and overshadowing services to support and facilitate this transformational project.

Completion is expected in 2025.
