Proudly taking its place as the capital’s only ‘Healthy New Town’, this ambitious masterplan delivers over 20,000 new homes, a new Barking Riverside Overground station, as well as commercial, retail, school and leisure facilities. These include a £40 million Wellbeing Hub and a five-mile cycle superhighway.
