About the project

The building provides accommodation over 10 floors totalling 325,000 square feet with flexible uses at ground floor level. The floors range from 18,000 to 40,000 square feet with terraces spanning nearly 23,000 square feet on five upper floors designed around a single atrium.

The scheme was completed in 2021. Our Partners advised on daylight/sunlight and rights of light matters.

Sixty London Wall saw a complete reworking of an outdated, postmodern office building to provide high-quality, modern office accommodation over ten floors totalling 328,000 square feet, with flexible uses at ground floor level.

Terraces spanning almost 23,000 square feet on five upper floors are designed around a central atrium. The building has achieved a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

DPR’s senior partners advised on all areas of rights of light and daylight and sunlight to facilitate the delivery of this prominent scheme in London’s traditional financial heartland.
