DPR is proud to have supported the Government Property Agency and its lead consultant, AtkinsRéalis, and planning consultant, Deloitte, in securing planning permission from Manchester City Council for a new Government Digital Campus in Manchester.
The £310m redevelopment on the former Central Retail Park in Ancoats will create a hub for 7,000 civil service jobs in Manchester with a focus around digital skills and contribute to regional economic growth.
A new public park will improve access to green space in the city centre and create a connection to Cotton Field Park and New Islington Marina.
