Delva Patman Redler’s Shirley Waldron becomes National Committee Vice Chairman of Pyramus & Thisbe Club

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of DPR Associate Shirley Waldron (RIBA) as National Committee Vice Chairman of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, the principal organisation for Party Wall Professionals.

Shirley has been a committee member of the Sussex branch of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club since she moved to Brighton in 2010 and Chairman of the regional branch since 2012. The new role of National Committee Vice Chairman is a six-year tenure, commencing with two years as Vice Chair, two years as National Chair and two years as the outgoing National Chair.

I’m looking forward to assisting the club into areas of possible diversification and maintaining the interest of members with stimulating talks and events, which I’m keen should not all be about party walls!

Pyramus & Thisbe is an organisation for professionals with a particular interest in matters relating to the Party Wall etc Act 1996. The Club seeks to advance knowledge of party wall legislation and procedure and to promote the best practice in its application.
