The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair | Projects | DPR

22 Hanover Square was developed in three phases: demolition, substructure and superstructure, all within a highly constrained site, surrounded by multi-owned properties, each with their individual requirements.

It was developed towards the completion of the Crossrail Elizabeth Line and during this period, Hanover Square was restored to its original design.
