Party Wall Legislation and Procedure 7th edition

The RICS has now published the Party Wall Legislation and Procedure 7th edition – the Guidance Note which RICS members need to refer to when taking instructions under the Party Wall etc. Act, 1996.

Following recent caselaw in which Delva Patman Redler LLP sided with the RICS, this update places particular emphasis on the professional conduct and ethical behaviour of members as well as strict adherence to the procedures outlined by the Act itself.
