Busy first month for Delva Patman Redler’s new South West office

Since launching at the end of February, Delva Patman Redler’s South West office has enjoyed a busy first month, securing several new projects in Bristol, Cornwall and Cardiff, advising on some large and complex development projects across the region.

The Bristol office was opened at the end of February, following the appointment of Chris Harris. With a focus on the South West, the team provides specialist advice in relation to Neighbourly Matters (Rights of light, Daylight and sunlight, Party Walls, temporary development rights and easements).
