Part of the Wembley regeneration Area in the London Borough of Brent, this mixed-use scheme will provide 619 purpose-built student rooms, and 15,000 sq ft of high-quality commercial space.

Designed for developer Tribe by Barton Willmore, the buildings range in height from 18 to 23 storeys.

DPR’s experts were appointed to provide specialised advice on light advisory matters to ensure successful development.

The project is set to complete by 2027.
