Set within one of the most sensitive and constrained environments in the City, the project demands close coordination across engineering, archaeology, legal frameworks and neighbourly matters to enable efficient delivery while safeguarding surrounding properties.
Our role spans the full lifecycle of the development, from early enabling works and archaeological investigations through to substructure and superstructure construction. This includes preparing and serving notices, negotiating party wall awards, and maintaining a clear and coordinated strategy to support programme certainty.
We have also facilitated early site investigations, including ground works and access arrangements, alongside coordinating party wall matters associated with archaeological works in collaboration with the Museum of London Archaeology.
In parallel, we are advising on the negotiation of temporary and permanent airspace rights, ensuring these align with the wider legal and development strategy and support the successful delivery of a complex City scheme.
