Fantastic news coming out of Reading’s Planning Committee last night – the Broad Street Mall scheme by McLaren Property Living Regeneration has been granted planning consent.
This landmark mixed-use development includes 643 new homes, a range of Class E commercial spaces, and significant public realm enhancements. The scheme represents a key step forward in the transformation of the former Civic Quarter and is expected to act as a major catalyst for regeneration across the wider area.
