
We are pleased to see full planning permission granted (subject to S106) for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Millennium Retail Park site, now known as Peninsula Gardens.
The approved scheme will deliver:
– 1,251 new homes, including a significant proportion of affordable housing
– A mix of flexible commercial and community uses (Classes E, F1, and Sui Generis)
– A new public square, improved public realm, and enhanced connections through the site
– Buildings ranging from 4 to 20 storeys
This major mixed-use development represents a significant contribution to housing delivery and regeneration in Greenwich.
