DPR prepared the Daylight and Sunlight Environmental Statement for the project, supporting Harrow Council’s wider regeneration strategy.
Highlights include:
• Over 1,000 homes across three phases
• Poets Garden – a new public space at the heart of the site
• Retail and community space
• Over 100 retained trees and new planting to enhance biodiversity
Following the approval of Byron Quarter earlier this year, these developments being brought forward by Wates and Harrow Council are helping to reshape Harrow into a more connected and sustainable place to live.
