Great news from yesterday’s planning committee, with councillors supporting the officer’s recommendation to approve planning permission for the Princess Street scheme in Bristol.
The approved development will deliver 400 PBSA bed spaces, 434 build-to-rent apartments (20% affordable), over 1,000 sqm of commercial floorspace with potential NHS/healthcare use, alongside highway improvements, a 1400% Biodiversity Net Gain uplift, and new landscaping to form the start of a public plaza.
