Delwyn Jones to present at the P&T North West Evening Seminar entitled ‘An Introduction to Rights to Light’

As part of the P&T North West branch Evening Seminar Programme 2017, Delwyn Jones, based in our Liverpool Office, will be providing a talk entitled ‘An Introduction to Rights to Light’  at 6pm on Tuesday 7 November at Lancaster University, Bowland Suite, Bowland Hall, Lancaster LA1 4YW.

The talk will cover the basic legal concepts surrounding rights to light, the approaches to analysis and valuation, the remedies to infringement and the relationship to daylight and sunlight considerations under planning legislation as well as some thoughts on future direction.
